The fastest way to reach us is hello@dolopaws.com. We're a small team in the mountains, so give us a day or two — longer in peak hiking season, when we'd rather be checking trails than inboxes.

Write to us about anything, but these are especially welcome:

• Trail corrections — a closed path, a dried-up water point, new livestock on a route. Tell us the trail name and roughly where on the route.
• Trail suggestions — somewhere your dog loves that we haven't mapped yet.
• Account help — anything you can't fix from the account page itself.

Faster than email: report it on the trail page

If you're reporting conditions on a specific trail, the quickest route is the trail page itself: open the trail, and use “Report a condition” to flag heat, water, livestock or terrain issues. Reports show up for other hikers right away, with your dog's name as the byline — email can't beat that.
